Returns / Refunds Policy
Nciniba Ostrich Leather shall return products or refund customers in accordance with Sections 55 and 56 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and its Returns/Refunds Policy set out below.
Products may not be returned unless the incorrect product has been supplied or the product is damaged or defective upon delivery. In such Nciniba Ostrich Leather will exchange the product on condition that:
1. the product is returned in its original condition including packaging, documentation, and accessories, and
2. the customer returns the product within 7 (seven) days of receipt and confirms the same by sending a written notice to info@nciniba.com (within abovementioned seven day period),
3. We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice repair/replace the product as soon as possible (if such repair/replacement is possible) or credit your account with the purchase price of the product.
Warranty
Nciniba Ostrich Leather provides a 6 (six) months warranty from the date of delivery on all products sold on the Website against poor workmanship and quality defects. If you have received a product which turns out to be defective, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect, but in any event within 6 (six) months after delivery of the product we will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice repair/replace the product (if such repair/replacement is possible) or credit your account with the purchase price of the product.
